Customizing the installation wizard is only
useful to web designers and hosting companies to provide a specific
look. Otherwise, you will probably never need to modify any of
these templates.
To
modify a template, do the following:

Rename
the .txt file to a .html file

Modify
the file with any web page editor

Rename
the .html file back to a .txt file
-
Move
the file to your server
-

it! No special programming required!
