Even, though we provide an
installation wizard, not
all servers are the same which means the installation
wizard may not work with all servers. Installing our
scripts are probably going to be easy for most veteran
webmasters. However, installation can be a little
tricky for some individuals. Having us install the
scripts for you saves time, money and frustration.
We can normally install your scripts within 24 to 48 hours
after your purchase has been made and your server
information has been provided to us.
The first installation
is free of charge. If you move servers or need the
scripts reinstalled, there is a nominal $30 reinstallation
fee that can be ordered via the order form.

Security: |

We take security very
seriously. Since we will need access to your hosting
account to install your scripts, we will need your account
id and password. We do not keep account id's or
passwords on file for your protection and ours. It
is highly recommended for you to change your account
password immediately after any installation by a third
party is completed.

If by chance we can't complete
the installation because of server issues we come across,
we will provide a free custom installation quote. If
the installation quote is more than you are willing to
pay, then you will receive a full refund. |

Getting Started: |

Getting started is easy.
Simply tell us on the order form that you would like for
us to install the scripts for you along with your ftp
login id and password. We'll take care of the rest!
